Our Red Light Therapy Ankle and Foot Wrap targets sore ankles, heels, and feet with 660nm and 850nm red light, the two wavelengths most commonly used in red light therapy for surface and deeper tissue support. It's built with an open heel design and a flexible wrap-around fit, so it stays in place whether you're dealing with plantar fasciitis, sports strain, or general foot fatigue. A small pocket on the strap holds a power bank, so you're not tethered to an outlet if you want to move around while you use it.

How To Use
Position the pad over the area you want to treat and secure it with the wrap strap, adjusting for a snug but comfortable fit. Press the power button to turn it on. Use the mode button to cycle through steady lighting, breathe mode, 10Hz pulse, or 4Hz pulse, and use the brightness button to adjust intensity across three levels. The timer runs for 30 minutes and shuts off automatically. Charge via USB cable when the battery runs low.
